The Hindu Diaspora Foundation is a non-profit organization based in New York, USA. It was founded by individuals deeply connected to their Indian Sanatan(Hindu) ancestry and committed to the global Sanatan(Hindu) community. We consider ourselves “Bharatiyas”—loyal to our Sanatan(Hindu) heritage and united with our Sanatani(Hindu) brethren everywhere. The Foundation stands as a global platform for the Sanatan(Hindu) diaspora, championing the empowerment of Sanatan(Hindus) irrespective of where they are found.
Over years of engagement with the Sanatan(Hindu) Diaspora—in Bharat, Mauritius, Fiji, USA, Trinidad, Guyana, and Suriname—we have observed the decline in values as well as the shrinking of the Sanatan(Hindu) community due to conversion, social challenges, and lingering colonial and missionary influences. The community faces serious issues that must be addressed. There have been continuous attacks on Sanatan Dharma(Hinduism) and Sanatani(Hindus), and we must not let them go unchallenged. We must defend, promote, and strengthen Sanatan Dharma(Hinduism) while fostering growth and unity within the community.
Through visits, outreach, and digital engagement—including global Sanatan(Hindu) networks and chat groups—the Foundation has built meaningful relationships with like-minded Sanatani(Hindus), activists, and thinkers dedicated to solving Sanatani(Hindu) issues. The Hindu Diaspora Foundation actively supports Sanatan(Hindu) charity and community development work in Bharat (India) and across the diaspora, including programs assisting Sanatani(Hindus) in distress and those doing impactful service for the Sanatan(Hindu) cause.
As part of our mission to empower, strengthen, and unite Sanatanis(Hindus) globally, The Hindu Diaspora Foundation has established the following goals:
